Welcome to the Access Innovation Website

Are you an employer looking for supervisors' training for first time line managers?

Are you interested in training that can have an immediate return of over 15 times your initial investment in the training?

A key benefit of our first-line managers short course arises from the Business Improvements Projects (BIP) that allow employees to focus on aspects of the operations that they can improve. In 2011, the last cohort of 13 Supervisors from Ardagh Glass, through their BIPs, have realised conservative savings to the business of around £400,000.

In 2011, the University of Lincoln was recognised for its long and successful relationship with Ardagh Glass by becoming the first university in the country to be awarded Proskills Academy accreditation.

If you want to find out more about this course please contact me, Stephanie Schiaffonati, at the University of Lincoln via email at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it   or see
